RETURN POLICY

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue to make it right. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so we can have your order corrected. After this time expires, we will be unable to facilitate the exchange. For items damaged during shipping, pleaser refer to our shipping policy. 

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, don't worry! We'll take care of all costs associated with either exchanging or returning the incorrect item. 

In the event you need to return an ATTKTX™ product, please carefully review our policies before initiating a return. All returns must meet the following requirements.

• ATTKTX™ offers a 30-day return policy once you receive your item. 
• All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
• All returns must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, unfired, unworn, factory sealed, with tags and still in their original packaging.
• Amounts paid for shipping are not refundable. 
• Orders that received FREE shipping will be charged shipping costs incurred in the original order. 
• Used items will not be accepted. 
• Raw parts that have been anodized or assembled will not be accepted.
• Custom or personalized special orders are not eligible for return. 
• All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• There are no returns/exchanges on soft goods and clothing.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

• If your return is accepted we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted. 
• Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. Do not use the product packaging as your shipping box. Damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted and will automatically subjected to an additional 20% restocking fee.  
• Once received, items will be inspected to verify return requirements have been met. If approved your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. If more than 15 days have passed please contact info@attktx.com 
• Shipping charges are non refundable.  If an order has received free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted before a refund is issued. 
• Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be completed. Not counting holidays or weekends.
